DelugeRPG turns 15!

Updates / Changelog

  • Pokemon Type colors and buttons have been changed to match the latest games.
  • New Gen 9 Pokemon and Moves have been added.
  • The new Pokemon have not been added to the maps just yet. They will be added slowly in the coming days. This progress can be followed on the forums thread about this update.
  • The Exp Calculator has received a few improvements such as loading Pokemon from your Team.
  • A new limitation has been added to WonderTrade to prevent accidental trading of High Exp and Pokemon with Three Stats.
  • The limit on G-Max battles has been reduced from once every 12 hours to once every 3.
  • Minor bug fixes.

  • Various Changes in Exp received in Battle - All battles will now give more exp than they previously did.
  • Change in Exp Slabs for Exp Calculation - Previously, the exp received in battle would halve for every 25mil that was on your pokemon.
Now, the Exp received will actually increase once your pokemon reaches 10mil, upto 50mil.
Thereafter, the halving will happen just like before, but at 50mil intervals instead of 25.
  • Battles where you use Event Pokemon will now give you more Exp per battle.
  • A new Exp Trade Limit has been added to trades where a Maximum of 1 Billion (Before Exp Tax deduction) can be offered at a time.
The intention here to create a ceiling on how much one can demand in a single trade.
  • The change made in the August 2nd Update in regards to coins received in battle has been scrapped.
The coins received now will drop a bit from 10mil Exp onwards and then simply stay in proportion with the Exp Slabs mentioned above.
  • Improved Exp Calculator so that it no longer requires your Pokemon to already be at level 100

  • New Gen 9 Pokemon and Moves have been Added.
  • Paldea League has Added.
  • A few Paldean Trainers added to the Trainers page.
  • Legendary Pokemon have now been split into Legendary and Mythical Pokemon
  • This change was made for consistentency with the Pokemon series. This change is only cosmetic, so both category of pokemon work the same way Legendary Pokemon did before.
  • Ultrabeasts, which were previously categorized as Legendary in this game, are no longer considered so.
  • Ultrabeasts, along with the newly introduced Paradox Pokemon, will be unlocked once you defeat any one of the Leagues on the Gym page. They will appear on the maps at slightly higher levels, but do not receive any stat boosts in battle.
  • You can now filter the Pokedex by the categories listed above. (Legendary, Mythical, Ultrabeasts, Paradox).
  • Individual regional forme search filters have now been replaced with a single @regionalformes filter.
  • Various minor bugs fixed.
  • If you find and new issues, feel free to report them on the Forums.

  • New option added that allows users to decide whether they wish their pokemon stats to be visible to others when viewing their pokemon box.
  • This has been added to reduce the amount of unsolicited messages that people receive when they catch rare pokemon and have not put it up for trade.
  • For that reason, this setting is off by default.

  • New Events system that supports various tasks with conditions rather than the same old 'finish 15 battles' that we've always had.
  • Updated Event History page
  • Previously events did not give out Pokemon with three stats due to abuse. Since these pokemon are no longer tradeable, this limitation has been removed.
  • Two test events have been created to showcase the new system. The Event codes for these can be found on the forums announcement post.
  • Various minor bugs and sprite issues fixed.

  • Limits added to how many items you can have in your bag. The limit is currently set to 20k per item.
  • If you have more than the current limit, you can either use them or sell them in the PokeMart.
  • Items in PokeMart now cost more, the more coins you have. Items cost 2x if you have more than 10Mil coins and 4x if you have more than 20Mil coins.
  • Similar changes to other places where coins are used may be made at a later time.
  • The PokeMart page now also displays the sell total on the sell button
  • The hidden feature, Duplicate Pokemon page is now filterable by Class.

  • Minor bug fixes.

  • Small update with formes added to existing Pokemon.
  • Honedge, Doublade, Zygarde, Solgaleo, Lunala, Marshadow, Reshiram, Zekrom, Black Kyurem and White Kyurem are the Pokemon with added formes.
  • Due to the way Aegislash was added with the Shield Forme as the base, non-snowflake Honedges and Doublades will have the new Sheathed forme. And the snowflake ones will have the old sprite and evolve to the Blade forme Aegislash.
  • Shiny sprites for Castform formes have been updated. If you're still seeing the old ones, you can either wait a bit or clear your browser cache.
  • Pokedex counters have been reworked to use less server resources. And instead of showing numbers such as <5 or <10, the counts will be rounded up to the nearest multiple of 5.
  • Due to changes made, newly added pokemon or formes may appear as uncaught on these counters for a few hours.
  • Pokemon Exp leaderboards that were previously simply hidden have been removed to save on server resources.
  • We've had to downgrade our servers a couple of months back to keep up with rising costs. Reworking or removing resource intensive features such as the ones above helps to keep the game running smoothly.
  • Various minor bug fixes

  • Implemented a Trade Tax when trading High Exp (above 10 mil)
  • A Progressive Tax regime is followed.
  • While the game will tell you how much tax is going to be levied, You can use the Tax Calculator to see the breakdown.
  • For Exact Exp ethusiasts, users will be able to choose to pay additional exp as tax to make the final exp exact by rounding down the exp to the nearest million.
  • This option of rounding down the exp will be available for the user offering on the offer page, and for the person accepting the offer on the trade accept page.
  • New trade logs will contain the total tax applied to the trade along with the approximate exp of the pokemon displayed.
  • Pokemon with three stat (3S) will no longer be displayed when making an offer on QuickTrades to prevent accidental offers.
  • Pokemon with more than 10 million exp will also not appear when offering on QuickTrades
  • The Trade Tax is also applied on QuickTrades, but is not applied on Wonder Trades at this time.

  • Offers made on Pokemon in banned accounts will expire sooner and new offers will be prevented.
  • Any penalties applied to your points will be displayed on the Your Profile page
  • Users with passwords that are considered easy or predictable will receive a notice on every log in
  • Pokemon that are repeatedly sent into Wonder Trade will 'run away' (are released without the user receiving coins)
  • Various minor bug fixes
  • As usual, please report, on the forums, any new bugs you might find

  • Certain statistics in public profiles and leaderboards will show an approximation instead of exact values.
  • This hopes to discourage certain unhealthy obsessions that can be addictive.

  • To reduce clutter, new entries in the Public Logs will be of pokemon that have 5 Mil exp or above
  • Various minor bug fixes

  • Various minor bug fixes

  • To cope with the move to smaller and cheaper servers we've had to disable the Pokemon Exp Leaderboards.
